Mangaluru, 13 July 2026: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, in collaboration with Government Pre-University College, Kavoor, inaugurated the Skill Club and conducted an inspiring workshop on “The Goal Code” on Monday at the Government PU College Auditorium, Kavoor.
The inaugural ceremony was graced by Mr. Sunil Dath Pai, RERA Approved Realtor, as the Inaugurator. Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Chairman of Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, attended as the Chief Guest. The programme was presided over by Mrs. Mamatha A, Principal of Government PU College, Kavoor. The event was also supported by Dr. Malini N Hebbar, Principal of Swastika National Business School, along with Mrs. Preethi Shettigar, Skill Club Coordinator, Swastika National Business School, and Mr. Sacheth Suvarna, Skill Club Coordinator, Government PU College, Kavoor.
Following the inauguration, Ms. Divyashree Gatti, HR and Marketing Professional, conducted an engaging workshop titled “The Goal Code.” Addressing the students, she emphasized the importance of setting clear goals, recognizing personal strengths, overcoming challenges, and maintaining focus to achieve success. She highlighted the significance of self-confidence, discipline, effective time management, positive thinking, continuous learning, and communication skills in building a successful future.
The workshop featured interactive activities and discussions that encouraged active student participation. Students enthusiastically shared their ideas, responded to questions, and gained practical insights into goal setting, personal growth, and career planning. The session motivated them to approach their aspirations with determination, proper planning, and a positive mindset.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing appreciation to the dignitaries, resource person, faculty members, organizers, and students for their wholehearted support and participation.
The Skill Club inauguration and the workshop on “The Goal Code” marked the beginning of a meaningful initiative to nurture confident, responsible, and future-ready students by equipping them with the skills needed to excel in every sphere of life.
