Mangaluru, October 12, 2026: A session titled “Decode Your Mind” was conducted for the students of Government Girls PU College, Balmatta, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Maharshi Valmiki Adivasi Budakattu Vasathi School, Kadri, Mangaluru. Mrs. Preethi Shettigar served as the resource person.
The session focused on helping students understand their thoughts and feelings, develop positive thinking and build self-confidence. It highlighted the importance of maintaining a positive mindset and understanding emotions in everyday life.
Students actively participated in the activities and showed keen interest throughout the session. They also shared positive feedback, appreciating the activities and the valuable insights gained during the programme.
The session provided a meaningful learning experience, encouraging students to develop a positive outlook, strengthen their confidence and understand the importance of a healthy mindset in their daily lives.
