A workshop on “Teamwork – The Power of We” was organized by Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, in collaboration with Ladyhill Victoria PU College, Mangaluru, on 19 August 2026 at 2:30 PM. The programme was conducted under the Skill Club initiative with the objective of helping students understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration in personal and professional life.
The session was facilitated by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Chairman of Swastika National Business School, author, and National Trainer of JCI India. Through interactive activities and real-life examples, he highlighted how effective teamwork strengthens communication, leadership, trust, and problem-solving abilities.
Students actively participated in the workshop and gained valuable insights into working together towards common goals. The programme encouraged them to develop a positive attitude towards cooperation and collective success.
The workshop concluded with an engaging interaction session, leaving the participants motivated to apply the principles of teamwork in their academic and future professional journeys.
