Someshwara, August 22, 2026: An engaging workshop on “Effective Public Speaking” was organised at Parijnana Pre-University College, Someshwara, in collaboration with Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, as part of the Skill Club – Empowering Students for Life initiative.
The workshop was conducted with the objective of helping students develop confidence, communication abilities and effective public-speaking skills. The session was facilitated by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Author, National Trainer of JCI India and Chairman of Swastika National Business School. Through an interactive and practical session, Dr. Holla encouraged students to overcome hesitation, communicate confidently and develop the ability to speak with clarity and impact.
The programme was held on 22 August 2026 at 1:30 PM at Parijnan PU College, Someshwara. Students actively participated in the session and gained valuable insights into the importance of effective communication in both academic and professional life.
The programme was organised in collaboration with the Skill Club of both institutions. Dr. Malini N Hebbar, Principal of Swastika National Business School, and Mr. Vikram, Principal of Parijnan PU College, supported the initiative. Mrs. Niveditha Harish, Coordinator, Skill Club, Swastika National Business School, and Mrs. Manasa M, Coordinator, Skill Club, Parijnan PU College, also played an important role in coordinating the programme.
The workshop concluded on a positive note, leaving students motivated to communicate with greater confidence and to develop their public-speaking abilities. The initiative served as a valuable step towards empowering students with essential life and professional skills.
