Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, in collaboration with Government Pre-University College, Montepadavu, organized a programme titled “Own Your Time, Own Your Future” on 23 July 2026 at 2:30 PM at Government Pre-University College, Montepadavu. The programme was organized under the Skill Club with the aim of empowering students and helping them develop essential skills for their personal, academic and professional development.
The programme was facilitated by Dr. Malini N. Hebbar, Principal of Swastika National Business School. The session focused on the importance of effective time management and taking responsibility for one’s future. Students were encouraged to understand the value of time, develop positive habits, set clear goals and make effective use of the opportunities available to them.
The programme was attended by students and faculty members of both institutions. The session provided students with valuable guidance and motivation to improve their approach towards academics, personal growth and future career planning.
The programme was organized with the support of Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Principal of Swastika National Business School; Mrs. Vidyalaxmi P. Shetty, Coordinator of the Skill Club, Swastika National Business School; and Mrs. Zubeda M, Coordinator of the Skill Club, Government PU College, Montepadavu.
The session was informative and motivating for the students. It highlighted the importance of proper time management, discipline, determination and having a clear vision in achieving success. Students were encouraged to take ownership of their time and make purposeful decisions that would contribute to their future growth.
