Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi Centenary Composite PU College, Mangaluru, organised a Team Building Workshop on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 1:30 PM.
The workshop was conducted as part of the Skill Club – Empowering Students for Life, an initiative of Swastika National Business School aimed at developing essential skills among students. The session focused on the importance of teamwork, cooperation, communication, leadership and building positive relationships within a team.
The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Author and National Trainer, JCI India, and Chairman of Swastika National Business School. Through engaging activities and practical insights, students were encouraged to understand the value of working together and contributing effectively towards common goals .
The initiative reflects the institutions’ commitment to providing students with practical learning experiences beyond the classroom and preparing them with skills essential for their academic, professional and personal growth.
