Mangaluru, April 14, 2026: The Student Forum of Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, celebrated Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti with great enthusiasm and respect on Tuesday.
The programme was organized on the college campus to mark the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution and a strong advocate of equality and social justice.
The event began with a welcome address by Ms. Janani, setting the tone for the celebration. Principal Dr. Malini N Hebbar delivered the presidential address, highlighting the importance of Dr. Ambedkar’s ideals in today’s society. Student Welfare Officer Mrs. Niveditha Harish was also present on the occasion.
The programme featured Dr. Usharani B, Youth Development Speaker, as the guest speaker, who delivered an inspiring talk on the relevance of Dr. Ambedkar’s vision among youth.
The event was organized under the leadership of Ms. Sindhu M, Secretary of the Student Forum. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Muliya Sathwik, President of the Student Forum.
Students and faculty members actively participated, making the celebration meaningful and impactful.
