Swastika National Business School, in association with JCI Mangaluru Samrat, successfully organized, One Day Training #4 – “Train the Trainer: Ice Breakers, Energizers & Training Activities” at Swastika Waterfront, Sulthan Bathery, Mangaluru.
The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Santhosh Pai, who emphasized the importance of developing skilled trainers to nurture future leaders. The inaugural session witnessed enthusiastic participation from aspiring trainers, educators, and professionals.
The technical sessions were led by renowned resource person JFM Dr. Civy V. Pulayath, who conducted interactive training from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The programme featured engaging icebreakers, energizers, group activities, and practical training techniques, ensuring active participation throughout the day.
At the valedictory function, participants were awarded Certificates of Participation in recognition of their active involvement. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the organizers, resource person, and all participants for making the event a grand success.
