Mangaluru, July 31: The Department of Business Administration of Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, successfully organized the 23rd edition of “Sparkling Scholars” its flagship weekly knowledge-sharing series.
The session was conducted on the topic, “The Recruiter’s Playbook: Stand Out, Get Hired,” and featured Ms. Divyashree Gatti, a Marketing-Driven HR Professional and Manager – People Strategy at UnifyCX, as the distinguished resource person. With her extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and people management, she shared valuable insights into the evolving expectations of recruiters in today’s highly competitive job market.
