Benjanapadavu, July 9: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, in collaboration with Government PU College, Benjanapadavu, organized a workshop on “Effective Leadership Skill” on 9 July 2026 under the Swastika Skill Club initiative.
The programme was inaugurated with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by the launch of the Swastika Skill Club banner by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N., Chairman of Swastika National Business School, and Mrs. Kavitha Hemachandra, Principal of Government PU College, Benjanapadavu.
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N., who shared valuable insights on leadership, communication, teamwork, and confidence through interactive activities. Students actively participated, making the programme informative and inspiring. The event was held under the guidance of Dr. Malini N. Hebbar, Mrs. Kavitha Hemachandra, and Mrs. Ashwini Meti.
