Mangaluru, August 22, 2026: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, in collaboration with Rosa Mystica Pre-University College, Kinnikambla, organised a workshop on “The Healthy Habit” on Saturday.
The workshop was facilitated by Mrs. Preethi Shettigar, Provisional Zone Trainer of JCI India and Assistant Professor at Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru.
The programme focused on the importance of developing healthy habits and maintaining good health and well-being. The workshop was organised under the Skill Club, with the aim of empowering students with useful life skills.
The event was attended by students and faculty members of the participating institutions. The organisers expressed their hope that the workshop would encourage students to adopt healthy habits in their daily lives.
