Mangaluru, September 19, 2026: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, conducted a Community Outreach Programme at Parochial Higher Primary School on the theme “Save Water” on September 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
The programme aimed to create awareness among children about the importance of water, its responsible use and the need for water conservation. Resource Person Spoorthi V. K. explained the importance of saving water and shared simple ways to avoid unnecessary wastage in daily life. She encouraged the students to develop water-saving habits and spread the message among their families and friends.
M. H. Thriveni highlighted the importance of water in human life, agriculture and the environment, while also creating awareness about protecting water sources from pollution. Preetham explained the various uses of water, including drinking, cooking, bathing, cleaning and agriculture, and encouraged students to use water carefully.
The programme was conducted through simple explanations and interactive discussions, making it an engaging learning experience for the children. The students actively participated and gained valuable awareness about conserving and protecting this essential natural resource.
