Belthangady, August 8, 2024 : The Rovers and Rangers unit of Vani Pre-University College successfully organized a “Wisdom Session” aimed at enhancing student engagement and holistic development.
In her keynote address, Mrs. Vasanthi Kulamarva, an Economics lecturer at Government Pre-University College, Nada, highlighted the importance of extracurricular activities alongside academic pursuits. She stated, “Engaging in extracurricular activities alongside studies enriches students’ knowledge and fosters personal growth.”

She further stressed the value of service-oriented learning. She encouraged students to adopt a spirit of service, emphasizing that dedication and hard work pave the way for knowledge acquisition and career advancement. She also advocated for joining Scouts and Guides programs, which offer valuable opportunities regardless of age.
College Principal Mr. Yadupati Gowda presided over the event, discussing the role of various college organizations in promoting the holistic development of students. He urged students to maximize the benefits of these initiatives.
