Uruvalu, 19 August 2025: Shree Bharathi English Medium High School, Uruvalu, organized a training session on Exam Preparation for its high school students in the school auditorium.
The session was conducted by Ms. Namratha S., Soft Skill Trainer, Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, and a proud alumna of Shree Bharathi English Medium High School. Returning to her alma mater as a trainer, she inspired the students by sharing her journey and emphasized that with discipline and determination, success is within reach.
In her session, Ms. Namratha guided the students on effective study techniques, stress management strategies, time management, and confidence-building methods to face examinations successfully. She encouraged students to maintain a positive mindset and consistency in their preparation.
The training was highly interactive, with students actively participating and expressing that the session gave them confidence and practical tips to approach exams without fear or anxiety. Teachers too appreciated the session for its relevance and motivational value.
The program was coordinated under the guidance of Mrs. Shobitha K. R., Headmistress of the school, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Namratha for her valuable contribution and for returning to her school as a role model for the younger generation.
The event concluded with a message of encouragement to the students to adopt the shared techniques in their academic journey and strive for excellence.
