Mangalore, August 28, 2024 : Swastika National Business School, successfully conducted a one-day Faculty Development Programme titled “Train the Trainer: Ice Breakers, Energizers & Training Activities”. The workshop, held for Pre-University lecturers, aimed to enhance their teaching methodologies and professional development.
The workshop commenced with an inauguration by Mr. Jayananda N Suvarna, Principal of Government Pre-University College, Shakthinagar, and President of the D.K. District PU College Principals Association. Capt. Brijesh Chowta, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Dakshina Kannada, graced the occasion, sharing his insights on the evolving role of educators.Dr. Guru Tej, Director & CAO of Wizdom Education, spoke on the importance of quality assurance in education.
Dr. Civy V Pulayath, a distinguished Motivational Speaker and Life Coach, was the resource person for the event. He delivered a captivating and interactive session, sharing practical insights and engaging activities that held the audience’s attention throughout the day. His expertise and enthusiasm made the workshop an enriching and memorable experience for all participants.
The event was presided over by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Chairman of SNBS, and Dr. Malini N Hebbar, Principal of SNBS. Mrs. Poornima B, the Programme Co-ordinator, all the faculty members and students played a pivotal role in the event’s smooth execution.
