Mangaluru, 21 November 2025: Swastika National Business School, one of the emerging institutions affiliated with Mangalore University, successfully organized a Community Outreach Program in association with D.K.Z.P Model Higher Primary School, Kodical. The event focused on the highly relevant theme, “The Role of Children in Building a Better Society,” highlighting the importance of early leadership, value-based education, and life skills for young learners.

The program featured Leadership & Soft Skills Trainer Muliya Sathwik, who delivered an engaging and impactful session for the school children. Muliya Sathwik emphasized how qualities like discipline, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving help children contribute to a stronger and more responsible society. Through real-life stories and interactive activities, Muliya Sathwik encouraged students to take small but meaningful steps toward community development.
Alongside him, Soft Skills Trainer Dhanyashree played a major role in guiding the participants through confidence-building and communication-enhancing exercises. Dhanyashree motivated the children to express themselves, think creatively, and develop leadership qualities essential for becoming responsible citizens. The activities led by Dhanyashree received excellent participation and enthusiasm from the students.
The outreach event, organized by Shilpashree and Manjula, witnessed active involvement from teachers, staff, and students of D.K.Z.P Model Higher Primary School. The combined efforts of Muliya Sathwik and Dhanyashree made the program highly impactful and memorable.
