Mangaluru, 21 July 2025: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, marked the beginning of an exciting academic journey with an inspiring and energizing workshop titled “Vision Quest: Turning Initiative into Vision”, held on July 21, 2025, at Swastika Waterfront, Mangaluru.
The event was inaugurated by Mr. Bindusara Shetty, Principal, Sarojini Madhusudhan Kushe PU College, Mangaluru. In his inaugural address, he urged students to cultivate a strong vision and make the most of their formative years at the institution.
Adding further motivation to the occasion, Mrs. Seema Prabhu S, Head of the Department of Business Administration at Canara College, Mangaluru, joined as the Guest of Honor, encouraging students to stay focused, dream big, and work with commitment throughout their academic journey.
In his presidential address, Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Chairman of Swastika National Business School, set a purposeful tone for the day. He emphasized the significance of developing a strong vision and aligning one’s actions with long-term goals. Highlighting the role of education in shaping character and leadership, he encouraged students to stay committed, think boldly, and approach their academic journey with clarity and determination.
The highlight of the day was an interactive session led by Mr. Shubash Bangera, Entrepreneur, Soft Skills Facilitator, and Performance Advisor. Through a blend of energizers, activities, and guided reflections, he engaged the students in a process of self-discovery, helping them understand how to turn raw initiative into a compelling personal vision. His dynamic facilitation ensured that students not only gained practical tools for success but also felt a sense of belonging and enthusiasm on their very first day.
The valedictory ceremony included the distribution of participation certificates, acknowledging the enthusiastic involvement of all attendees. The event concluded with the recognition of the “Best Team”, celebrating creativity, collaboration, and goal-setting abilities.
