Mangalore, 28 October 2025: Swastika National Business School, in association with Rotary Club of Mangalore Downtown organized Samveda #34, a one-day workshop titled “Leadership Mastery”, at Narayana Guru PU College, Mangaluru.
The session was conducted by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Author and National Trainer, JCI India, and Chairman of Swastika National Business School. Dr. Holla delivered an inspiring and interactive session on the essence of leadership, emphasizing self-awareness, goal setting, communication excellence, and team synergy. Through real-life examples and engaging activities, he encouraged students to unlock their inner potential and take initiative with confidence and responsibility.
The workshop aimed to nurture leadership qualities among students and prepare them to take proactive roles in both academic and social spheres. The participants actively engaged in the exercises, reflecting enthusiasm and curiosity throughout the session.
Mrs. Renuka Arun, Principal, Narayana Guru PU College, coordinated the event and appreciated the efforts of both institutions in fostering educational collaboration and student empowerment.
The program concluded with an interactive feedback session where students expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to learn practical leadership insights.
