Chitrapur, Mangalore, 12 January 2025: Swastika National Business School (SNBS), in cooperation with the Chitrapur Sri Durgaparameshwari Temple and Math and Panambur Mogaveera Mahasabha (R.), organized its Annual Special Camp 2024-25, titled ‘Halli Habba Chitrapur,’ at Mogaveera Bhavan, Chitrapur, Mangalore. The week-long camp, held from January 12 to January 18, 2025, revolved around the theme ‘Youth for Science and Scientific Temperament.’
The inaugural ceremony, held on January 12, 2025, was graced by esteemed dignitaries. The Chief Guest, Dr. Bharat Shetty, MLA, Mangalore North Assembly Constituency, highlighted the importance of fostering scientific curiosity and active citizenship among youth.
The inauguration was led by Sri Sri Vidyendratirtha Sripadaru, the hereditary administrative Mokesar of Sri Durgaparameshwari Temple and Matha, Chitrapur.
Also present at the event were Mrs. Vedavathi, Corporator, Mangalore M.N.P.; Mr. Bhaskar Rao, Owner, Rao Brothers; Shri Satish Rao Idya, Chartered Engineer; Krishnakumar Lakshman Bangera, M.D., Global Exchange Company all gave best wishes to students.
The honorary presence of Dr. Malini N. Hebbar, Principal of Swastika National Business School, and Mrs. Vidya Lakshmi P. Shetty, NSS Officer, SNBS, added great value to the event.
The event was chaired by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, President of Swastika National Business School, Mangalore, with the participation of Mr. Sudeep and Ms. Sandya, NSS Secretaries, SNBS.
The camp is aimed at inspiring students to develop a scientific mindset, encouraging innovation, and fostering a spirit of cooperation and teamwork. Throughout the week, participants will engage in various scientific workshops, cultural activities, and discussions to enhance their knowledge and skills.
