Mangalore, 30 October 2025: Swastika National Business School (SNBS), Mangaluru, in association with the DKZP Government Higher Primary School, Tharikariya, Gurupura, successfully organized a Community Outreach Programme titled ‘Mini Leaders Meet’. The event, held at the DKZP Govt Higher Primary School, was aimed at fostering leadership and soft skills among the young students of the primary school.
The resource person for the interactive session was Ms. Nikitha, III BSW student and Soft Skill Trainer from Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru. Ms. Nikitha shared insights and engaged the students in activities designed to enhance their communication, confidence, and foundational leadership qualities.
The ‘Mini Leaders Meet’ reflects SNBS’s commitment to community service and social responsibility, providing practical exposure for its Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) students while positively impacting local schools.
The program was efficiently organized by Nayana, a student of III BSW at Swastika National Business School.
