Mangalore, 2 July 2025: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, organized a transformative workshop titled “I Am a Senior”, at the school campus. The workshop was exclusively designed for the 2025–26 final year students, marking a significant milestone in their academic journey.
The session was facilitated by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Chairman of Swastika National Business School, who engaged the students with powerful insights on leadership, self-awareness, and career readiness. Dr. Holla emphasized the importance of embracing the responsibilities of a senior with confidence, vision, and purpose. He encouraged students to cultivate discipline, develop resilience, and lead by example within the campus and beyond.
Mrs. Preethi Shettigar, Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work, kick-started the day’s reflection and set the tone for the seniors’ journey ahead through her engaging activities and energizers.
