Mangaluru, 13 November 2025: Swastika National Business School (SNBS), Mangaluru, in association with DKZP Higher Primary School, Kulai Fisheries, successfully organized a Community Outreach Programme titled “Manners Matter. aimed at inculcating essential soft skills and etiquette. The program took place at the premises of DKZP Higher Primary School, Kulai Fisheries, bringing practical learning directly to the community.

The session was led by Ms. Shivani, a III BSW student and Soft Skill Trainer from Swastika National Business School. Ms. Shivani delivered an engaging and interactive session on the importance of good manners in personal and social life. This emphasized basic social etiquette, communication skills, and the value of respectful behavior, aiming to benefit the students and community members of the higher primary school.
The community service initiative was efficiently organized by Mridula and Shashikanth, both students of the III BSW batch at SNBS, as part of their experiential learning curriculum.
