Mangaluru,12 November 2025: Swastika National Business School, organized a Community Outreach Programme on “Healthy Living” at Tripta Foundation Deaddiction and Rehabilitation Center, Nagori, Mangaluru.
The session was conducted to create awareness about the importance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being among individuals recovering from addiction.The resource person for the programme was Ms. Anushka, II BSW student and Soft Skill Trainer, who led an insightful and interactive session. She emphasized key components of a healthy lifestyle, including balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, positive thinking, emotional self-care, and mindful living. She also highlighted the importance of social support and skill development in ensuring long-term recovery and overall wellness.
Ms. Sujatha and Ms. Anitha, representatives from Tripta Foundation, were present as guests for the session and appreciated the effort taken by Swastika National Business School in creating meaningful community engagement.
Participants actively took part in group discussions and activities that helped them reflect on healthier habits, coping strategies, and personal wellness goals. The session encouraged them to adopt sustainable practices that support their recovery journey.
