Mangaluru, 30 August 2025: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, in association with the Forum of Business Management Teachers (FOBMAT®), successfully organized a One-Day Syllabus Workshop on Third Semester BBA (SEP) on August 30, 2025, at Swastika Waterfront, Sulthan Bathery, Mangaluru.
The workshop was inaugurated by Mrs. Vathika Pai, Proprietor, Nirmala Travels, Mangalore, who shared her insights on the importance of aligning academics with industry relevance. The program was presided over by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Chairman, Swastika National Business School, who, in his presidential address, elaborated on the institution’s commitment to fostering innovation and academic excellence.
During the inaugural program, Dr. Holla explained the unique 360° Dashboard, an academic innovation of Swastika National Business School, which was highly appreciated by all the lecturers present.
The event witnessed the presence of eminent academicians and members of FOBMAT. Dr. Malini N Hebbar, Principal, Swastika National Business School, extended a warm welcome to the gathering. Mr. Nandakishore K, Secretary of FOBMAT, highlighted the association’s continuous efforts to enhance teaching methodologies, while Dr. Chandrashekar K, President of FOBMAT, emphasized collaborative learning among faculty members. Ms. Sangeetha, Workshop Convenor, coordinated the day’s proceedings.
The workshop facilitated constructive academic discussions and brainstorming sessions on the syllabus, enabling participants to explore new perspectives in teaching the Third Semester BBA (SEP) curriculum. The interactive sessions served as a platform for exchanging innovative teaching strategies and best practices.
