Mangalore, 8 November 2025: The Entrepreneurship Club of Swastika National Business School, in association with Samvith Foundation and Yi Mangaluru, successfully hosted the Entrepreneurship Mindset Workshop (#06) on 8th November 2025, themed “Empowering Digital Business, Elevating Entrepreneurship.” The overnight workshop, held from 8 PM to 8 AM at Swastika Waterfront, provided a dynamic platform for students, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to share insights on innovation, digital transformation, and entrepreneurial growth.
The event was inaugurated by Mrs. Chethana Salian, Founder of Chethana’s Beauty Lounge and Education Foundation, and Mr. Mohan Raj, Managing Director of Bright IM Pvt. Ltd. Their inspiring messages encouraged participants to embrace creativity and leadership in the evolving digital landscape. Dr. Malini N. Hebbar, Principal, welcomed the gathering, followed by the presidential address by Dr. Holla, and a vote of thanks by Ms. Namratha, Secretary, Udyamashala.
The workshop featured an eminent panel of resource persons, including Shri D. Vedavyas Kamath (MLA, Mangalore South), CA S. S. Nayak (MSME & Start-Up Mentor), CA Salome Lobo Pereira, Mr. Yatheesh K. S, Mr. Roshan Baliga, Mrs. Chethana Salian, Mr. N. Shankarnarayana Karanth, JC Praveen Udupa, Mr. Shravan Kumar Shetty, and Ms. Kripa K, who shared valuable perspectives on entrepreneurship, innovation, and business leadership.
All participants received Certificates of Participation for their active engagement and enthusiasm throughout the session.
A proud highlight of the event was the celebration of Swastika’s 17th student startup venture, with Ms. Rashmi Shetty (I BBA) launching her brand “Try Masala,” embodying the essence of creativity and entrepreneurship – “The Magic in Every Dish.”
