Dharmasthala, 13 August 2025: In a proud moment for the Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, affiliated to Mangalore University, the institution has set a new benchmark in educational excellence by unveiling the 360° Growth Dashboard – a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to nurture holistic student development.
The grand launch took place in the serene and inspiring premises of Dharmasthala, where the revered Dr. Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Dharmasthala, officially inaugurated the dashboard.
The occasion was graced by Chairman Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Vice Principal Mrs. Vidyalaxmi P Shetty, and Ms. Ashwini Meti, Coordinator of the 360° Growth Dashboard, along with the enthusiastic participation of teaching staff and students.
The 360° Growth Dashboard seamlessly blends academics with real-world skills and human values, covering areas such as leadership, communication, skill enhancement, mental well-being, mentorship, talent development, and social responsibility.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Veerendra Heggade lauded the institution’s forward-thinking vision, stating that such initiatives go beyond conventional education and empower students to become confident, capable, and compassionate leaders of tomorrow.
