Mangalore, 1 November 2025: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, affiliated with Mangalore University, organised a 24 Hours Shramadhana – One Day NSS Camp from 1st November 2025, 9:00 AM to 2nd November 2025, 9:00 AM at Chitrapura Math, Mangaluru.
The camp was inaugurated in the gracious presence of Sri Sri Vidyendra Theertha Sripadaru, the Hereditary Ruler of Moktesar at Sri Durgaparameshwari Temple and Math, Chitrapura, who served as the Inaugurator, and Dr. Shesappa, Programme Coordinator, National Service Scheme, Mangalore University, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The camp held in the sacred premises of the Math with the objective of engaging students in Shramadhana activities supporting the demolition of the old Math building to pave the way for the construction of a new Math. Through this initiative, students experienced the values of service, teamwork, and cultural preservation while contributing to a noble and traditional cause.
Students successfully completed the 24-hour Shramadhana camp with great enthusiasm, teamwork, and dedication, reflecting their strong commitment to community service and cultural responsibility.
Student Forum President Muliya Sathwik and NSS Secretaries Preetham, Nishmitha, Channabasava, and Anushka, along with other enthusiastic NSS and Student Forum members, are actively participated emphasizing cultural awareness, community involvement, and the true spirit of the NSS motto – “Not Me But You.”
The camp was coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Raghavendra Holla N (Chairman) and Mrs. Vidyalaxmi P Shetty (Coordinator), whose constant encouragement and leadership continue to inspire the volunteers to work with dedication, discipline, and devotion.
