Mangaluru, 12 November 2025: The Department of Social Work of Swastika National Business School organized a Community Outreach Programme at St. Joseph Higher Primary School, Mangaluru, in association with St. Joseph Higher Primary School and Lions Club Mangalore Netravathi.

The session focused on the theme “Road Safety” and was specially designed for students of Classes 1 to 4, aiming to create early awareness about safe practices on the road.

Shashikanth, a student of III BSW, Swastika National Business School, conducted the session using engaging visuals, demonstrations, and interactive activities to help children understand the importance of following traffic rules, using pedestrian crossings, and being alert on the road.

The young students participated enthusiastically, showing keen interest in learning how to keep themselves and others safe while travelling. Teachers and representatives from the Lions Club appreciated the effort and emphasized the need for such educational initiatives for children.

The Community Outreach Programme reflects Swastika National Business School’s commitment to fostering social responsibility, community engagement, and value-based education among its students.
