Mysore, March 17, 2026: Swastika National Business School (SNBS), Mangalore, has entered into an academic collaboration with De Paul College, Belagola, Mysore, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening the “Earn While You Learn” model and enhancing student employability.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Chairman, Swastika National Business School, and Rev. Dr. Baiju Antony CM, Principal, De Paul College, marking a significant step toward bridging the gap between academic learning and practical exposure. Both institutions share a common vision of nurturing academically competent and professionally skilled individuals.
Under this agreement, SNBS will offer Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), career development sessions, and skill enhancement training for the faculty and students of De Paul College. It will also facilitate mentoring support by selected SNBS students, under faculty guidance, to encourage peer learning, entrepreneurship, and project-based development.

The collaboration further includes the joint organization of seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and academic events to promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional growth among students and educators of both institutions.
A key highlight of this partnership is the integration of SNBS’s “Earn While You Learn” concept, which provides students with real-time work exposure alongside their academic journey, thereby enhancing practical skills and career readiness.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Raghavendra Holla N expressed confidence that the collaboration would create meaningful opportunities for students to become future-ready professionals. Rev. Dr. Baiju Antony CM emphasized the importance of such partnerships in empowering students through experiential learning.
