Kadaba, 19 August 2025: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, in association with Rotary Mangalore Downtown and JCI Alankar, successfully conducted Samveda #23, a motivational workshop for students on the theme “Success Mantra.”
The event was hosted at Sri Ramakunjeshwara PU College, Kadaba, and aimed to empower young learners with insights into building confidence, discipline, and a growth mindset.
The resource person for the session was Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Author, National Trainer of JCI India, and Chairman of Swastika National Business School. In his highly engaging and interactive session, Dr. Holla emphasized the importance of clarity of goals, self-discipline, and resilience as key components of success. He encouraged students to believe in themselves, nurture positive habits, and develop leadership qualities to excel both academically and personally.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who actively interacted during the session and expressed their takeaways on practical strategies to achieve success.
The workshop was organized under the guidance of Chandrashekar K, Principal, Sri Ramakunjeshwara PU College, who highlighted the significance of such knowledge-sharing platforms in shaping the future of students and bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-life application.
