Mangaluru, 25 March 2026: Samvaad Vedika at Swastika National Business School conducted an engaging and thought-provoking case study discussion today, focusing on a real-time corporate dilemma titled the “Rohan Paradox at Stuna Solutions.” The session witnessed active participation from students, who analyzed a challenging scenario involving ethical concerns, employee performance, and business sustainability.
The case revolved around Rohan, a high-performing employee contributing 12% annual growth, who faced allegations of disclosing confidential information to competitors. Adding complexity, a major client contributing 25% of the company’s revenue threatened to withdraw business if Rohan continued in the organization. This created a critical debate on whether companies should prioritize growth or uphold ethical standards and client trust.
Participants actively shared diverse perspectives, debating the role of HR, legal responsibilities, and organizational values in such situations. The session not only enhanced analytical thinking but also provided practical exposure to real-world corporate challenges, making it a valuable learning experience for all attendees. The program was graced by the presence of Principal Dr. Malini N Hebbar, Muliya Sathwik, President, Student Forum, and Karthik, Secretary, Samvaad Vedika.
