Mangalore, August 23, 2024: The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of PA First Grade College organized a quiz competition to commemorate National Space Day 2024. The event was held in Seminar Hall 2 at 11:00 AM, aiming to assess students’ knowledge on various space-related topics.
The competition saw enthusiastic participation from students across different departments, showcasing their interest and expertise in space science. Questions covered areas like space exploration, astronomy, and recent developments by organizations such as ISRO.
Rafa Fathima from 1st FND secured the first prize, while Muhammad Rahid from 2nd BBA-A took home the second prize. Their exceptional knowledge and dedication to the subject matter were evident in their performance.
The event was coordinated by Ms. Saniya M, Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science, and Ms. Shreya T from the Department of Computer Applications.
The quiz competition successfully highlighted the significance of space education and the role of space agencies like ISRO in inspiring future generations.
