Mangaluru, 21 November 2025: Swastika National Business School successfully organised a Community Outreach Programme titled “Personal Hygiene” at Sri Ramashrama English Medium School, Konchady. The session was facilitated by Sanika (I BBA) and organised by Sneha (I BCom), Pratheeksha (I BBA), Prathiksha U. Devadiga (I BBA) and Spoorthi (II BBA). The initiative aimed at educating young students on maintaining personal, emotional, and digital hygiene through simple, practical demonstrations.
The resource person conducted an interactive session for Class 6 and 7 students, explaining essential hygiene practices including proper handwashing steps, daily cleanliness habits, and the importance of maintaining good routines for better health. Students actively participated in discussions and activities related to good and bad habits, which helped them understand healthy behaviour in an engaging manner.
The programme received strong encouragement from the school administration. Principal Balachandra K and Teacher Pavithra Ma’am extended full support by granting permission and motivating the students to participate wholeheartedly. The organisers conveyed their gratitude to the school for providing this valuable opportunity. The session ended on a positive note, with students expressing that the activities and demonstrations helped them understand the importance of personal hygiene in their daily lives.
