Chitrapura, 1 November 2025: As part of the NMPT Suvarna Mahotsava celebrations, a foundation stone (Guddali Pooja) ceremony was held for the construction of a new auditorium under the CSR initiative at Government Higher Primary School, Fisheries, Chitrapura.
The event marked an important milestone in the school’s development, aiming to provide better infrastructure and facilities for students.
SDMC President Mrs. Manjula and members, Old Students’ Committee President Mr. Madava Suvarna and members, Lions Club of New Mangalore members, Principal Mrs. Shobha, teachers, non-teaching staff, parents, and BSW students Shivani and Mrudula were present on this occasion.
The programme reflected the collaborative effort of the school, community, and supporting organizations towards improving educational spaces and promoting holistic learning.
