Mangaluru, 10 September 2025: The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Mangaluru Chapter, organized a grand felicitation ceremony on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at A J Grand Hotel, Mangaluru, to honour its newly elected National Council members.
The event witnessed the presence of distinguished HR professionals and members of NIPM who gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of Mr. P. R. Basavaraju, National President, NIPM, and Mr. Robert Cutinha, Additional General Secretary, NIPM. Both leaders were felicitated for their noteworthy contributions and for being elected to prestigious positions at the national level.
The evening began with a warm welcome by the Executive Committee of NIPM Mangaluru Chapter, followed by the felicitation of the honourees. In their addresses, both Mr. Basavaraju and Mr. Cutinha emphasized the growing role of HR professionals in shaping organizational excellence and fostering people-centric leadership.
