Mangaluru, 21 November 2025: Swastika National Business School, Mangalore, in association with Government School Pakshikere, conducted a Community Outreach Programme under Samparka Sanchara #1 on the theme Mobile Addiction. The initiative aimed to create awareness among students about the increasing influence of excessive mobile use on their physical health, academic performance, concentration levels, and overall well-being.
The session was led by Mr. Gautham J. Kulal, III B.Com student and Soft Skill Trainer from Swastika National Business School. He explained the causes and effects of mobile addiction and discussed simple, practical strategies to manage screen time effectively. Through relatable examples and interactive discussions, he encouraged students to adopt healthier habits and develop self-discipline in using digital devices.
The programme was held on 21st November 2025 at 10:00 AM at Government School Pakshikere, Mangalore. The event was efficiently organized by Megha Poojary, Bhavyashree, Dheekshitha, and Dhinesh, whose collective efforts contributed to making the session informative, meaningful, and impactful for the students.
