Mundaje, 21 November 2025: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru (affiliated to Mangalore University), in association with Government Upper Primary School, Mundaje, successfully conducted a Community Outreach Programme as part of Samparka Sanchara #1 on the theme Mental Health Awareness.
The session was facilitated by Manyashree, I B.Com, and P. Shreedeeksha, I B.Com, both Soft Skill Trainers from Swastika National Business School. They delivered an engaging and informative session focusing on the importance of mental well-being among students. The resource persons highlighted key aspects such as understanding emotions, stress management, positive thinking, seeking help when needed, and building healthy coping strategies.
The programme was held at 10:30 AM at Government Upper Primary School, Mundaje. Students participated actively in the discussions and activities designed to promote awareness and encourage open conversations about mental health.
The event was efficiently organized by Ankitha, Ashwath Poojary, and Poornesh A under the guidance of faculty members from Swastika National Business School. The outreach initiative reflected the institution’s commitment to nurturing emotional wellness, social responsibility, and value-based community engagement.
