Mangalore, 30 November 2024: Swastika National Business School hosted the inaugural ceremony of the Entrepreneurship Management Workshop – 4, a flagship initiative under the Swastika Udyamshala program. The unique 12-hour workshop commenced at 8:00 PM on November 30, 2024, and will conclude at 8:00 AM the following day. The event was a celebration of entrepreneurship, innovation, and inspiration, aimed at grooming first-generation entrepreneurs.
The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Molly Chaudhuri, Director of the Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management, whose thought-provoking address left the audience motivated. Dr. Chaudhuri emphasized the importance of resilience and adaptability in the entrepreneurial journey, drawing upon her vast academic and professional experience. Also Mr. Shravan Kumar Shetty, Process Mentor of Udyamshala, graced the occasion.
The ceremony began with a warm welcome by Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Chairman of Swastika National Business School, who reiterated the institution’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurial skills among students. He highlighted the importance of experiential learning and innovation in achieving business excellence.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. Sanjay Acharya, Secretary of Udyamshala, who acknowledged the contributions of the dignitaries, mentors, and participants in making the event a success. He also expressed gratitude to the students for their enthusiasm and participation.
