Mangaluru, September 19, 2025: Government Pre-University College, Hampankatta, organized an Anti-Drugs Awareness Program on Friday, September 19, 2025, to sensitize students and the public on the harmful effects of substance abuse.
The program included a powerful mime act, an awareness song, and a jatha (rally). The jatha started from the college campus and passed through key locations such as A.B. Shetty Circle and State Bank, before concluding at the Clock Tower.
Students actively participated in the rally, carrying messages of hope and determination for a drug-free society.
The initiative reflected the college’s commitment to nurturing socially responsible youth and spreading awareness in the community.
