Belthangady, 21 November 2025: Swastika National Business School, in association with Government High School, Nada, Belthangady, successfully organized a Community Outreach Programme as part of Samparka Sanchara #1 on 21 November 2025 at 10:30 AM. The session focused on the theme Mind Matters, aiming to create awareness about mental health among high school students.

The programme began with the teachers introducing the visiting team to the students. The resource person for the session, Ms. Anuksha Shirlalu, delivered an insightful talk on mental health, emphasizing the importance of emotional well-being, stress management, and self-awareness. She highlighted simple ways students can care for their minds and maintain a healthy balance in their daily lives.

Following the talk, Ms. Anuksha conducted engaging activities that encouraged interaction, teamwork, and reflection. The students participated enthusiastically, showing keen interest in understanding the significance of mental well-being.

The programme concluded on a positive note, leaving the students motivated and better informed about the importance of taking care of their mental health. The outreach initiative successfully contributed to spreading awareness and fostering a supportive learning environment.
