Mangalore, 21 November 2025: Swastika National Business School, Mangalore, conducted a meaningful Community Outreach Programme as a part of Samparka Sanchara #1 on 21 November 2025 at Government Higher Primary School, Chitrapura. The session focused on the theme “Unplug Mobile Addiction” and aimed to create awareness among young students about responsible and healthy mobile usage.

The session was facilitated by Ms. Pooja Acharya (III BBA) and Ms. Poorvi (III BBA), who began by introducing the college and interacting with the students to build rapport. They highlighted the advantages and disadvantages of mobile phones and explained how excessive screen time can affect children’s health, studies, and daily routines. Students were encouraged to reflect on their current phone habits and share how they would adopt better usage practices from now on.

To make the session engaging, the organizers Sudeep, Anson, and Prajwal conducted an interactive activity called Pick and Act, which allowed children to learn through fun and participation. The programme concluded with positive feedback from the students, who expressed enthusiasm about applying the learnings in their everyday life.
