Mangaluru, 21 November 2025: As part of Samparka Sanchara #1, Swastika National Business School successfully conducted a Community Outreach Programme focusing on Good Hygiene Awareness for the 3rd-grade students of Ashoknagar Primary School.
The session aimed at helping young children understand the importance of staying clean and adopting healthy daily habits. The resource persons, Sai Hanshitha and Rachana, explained essential hygiene practices such as proper handwashing, brushing teeth twice a day, keeping nails trimmed, wearing clean clothes, covering the mouth while sneezing, and maintaining a tidy environment. To make the session more engaging and interactive, fun activities and simple demonstrations were included, keeping the students actively involved throughout.
The programme was well-received by the students, who showed great attentiveness and enthusiasm. Every student in the class benefited from the session, gaining a clearer understanding of how good hygiene contributes to a healthier lifestyle. The outreach activity was organized by Deepak Kumar, Shashank, and Yakshith, who ensured the smooth coordination of the event and meaningful interaction with the children.
