Mangalore, September 6, 2024 : The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in collaboration with the Department of Food Sciences and Nutritionora Association organized a food photography competition in the Food Preparation Lab to commemorate National Nutrition Week.

The event, held at 11:45 AM, revolved around the theme “Healthy Lifestyle,” with a total of 9 students participating.The competition was skillfully coordinated by Ms. Krithika, Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Sciences, who ensured a smooth and successful execution.

The students showcased exceptional creativity in capturing the importance of a healthy diet through their photography, making the competition a resounding success.The event aimed to promote awareness about the significance of nutrition and healthy eating habits among students.

Through their photographs, participants effectively conveyed the message that a balanced diet is essential for a healthy lifestyle.The competition was a great platform for students to express their creativity and showcase their understanding of nutrition. The IQAC and the Department of Food Sciences and Nutritionora Association will continue to organize such events to promote nutrition awareness and healthy living among students.
