Bengaluru, 11 October 2025: The 1st Edition of FAMECON 2025, organized by FAME Academy, a Hexatron Healthcare initiative, was held on 11th October 2025 at Royal Orchid Resort, Bengaluru. The conclave brought together nursing principals and educators from across Karnataka to deliberate on the theme — “From Bench to Bedside: Advancing Nursing Education for Better Care”.
The event began with a warm welcome by Mr. Chidambara and the unveiling of the theme by Guest of Honour, Shri Madivalappa Nagarahalli, Secretary, Karnataka State Diploma Nursing Examination Board, Bengaluru.
A thought-provoking Panel Discussion, led by Mr. Renuka Prasanna, explored the theme “From Bench to Bedside: Building Competence, Confidence & Compassion in Nursing.”The session was chaired by Dr. Larissa Martha Sams and featured a distinguished panel of leaders Dr. V. T. Lakshmamma, Dr. Somashekarayya Kalmath, Dr. Suja Karkada, Prof. Subrahmanya Nayak, and Dr. Suresh Patil, who shared valuable insights on bridging the academic–clinical gap through innovation and collaboration.
Inspirational keynote talks by Dr. Sanjay M. Peerapur, Dr. Blaze Rosario, Dr. Sonali Jadhav, Mr. Maruthi B.G., and Mr. Raghavendra B.G. enriched the conclave with new perspectives on leadership and nursing transformation.A major highlight was the “Spotlight on FAME Academy” session by Mr. Sridhara B, followed by the digital launch of the FAME Academy website by Dr. Sanjay M. Peerapur.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mr. Akash, acknowledging the unwavering support of all principals and participants. The evening ended on a joyful, family-like note, celebrating unity, learning, and the spirit of nursing leadership.
FAME Academy bridges the gap between nursing academics and clinical excellence, empowering nurse educators and students through simulation-based learning, medical device familiarization, and skill-building programs.
