Mangalore, 7 April 2025: The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in association with Nutritionora Association organized a documentary screening on “Healthy Beginnings, Hopeful Futures” to commemorate World Health Day. The event took place at SF 21 and focused on the significance of maternal and newborn health.
The theme “Healthy Beginnings, Hopeful Futures” aligns with the World Health Organization’s emphasis on universal health coverage and sustainable development goals. The screening aimed to raise awareness about the importance of prioritizing maternal and newborn health for a healthier future.
The event was successfully coordinated by Ms. Sreelakshmi S, Assistant Professor, Department of Food Sciences.
