Talapady, 13 November 2025: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, conducted a Community Outreach Programme as part of Samparka Sanchara #1 at Bhagavathi Higher Primary School, Sankolige, Talapady, focusing on the theme “Mobile Addiction.”
The session was held on November 13, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.The programme aimed to create awareness among students about the rising concern of mobile dependency and its impact on academic performance, mental health, and overall well-being. Students were encouraged to reflect on their screen time habits and adopt healthier digital practices.
Ms. Dhanuja, a II BSW student from Swastika National Business School, served as the resource person. She delivered an engaging and informative session, highlighting the signs of mobile addiction, its consequences, and practical strategies to maintain a balanced and responsible use of technology.
The session was efficiently organized by Raksha, Diya, Sowparnika, and Nagaprabha, students of Swastika National Business School, as part of their community engagement initiative. Their effort in planning and coordinating the programme ensured active participation and meaningful interaction from the students of the school.
