Thumbe, 29 November 2025: The Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, in association with DKZP Higher School, Tumbe, successfully conducted a Community Outreach Programme. The session focused on the theme “Gender Equality,” aiming to promote awareness, respect, and understanding among schoolchildren regarding equal rights and opportunities for all genders.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Dhanuja, II BSW student, who engaged the students through interactive discussions, real-life examples, and activity-based learning. She highlighted the importance of treating everyone equally, breaking harmful stereotypes, and encouraging children to practice fairness in their daily lives. The session helped students reflect on their own behaviours and understand the significance of building an inclusive society.
The programme received active participation and enthusiasm from the students of DKZP Higher School, Tumbe. Teachers appreciated the initiative and the impactful way in which the topic was delivered. The event was organized by Ms. Apeksha (II BSW), whose coordinated efforts ensured the smooth and effective execution of the outreach activity.
The Community Outreach Programme successfully contributed to spreading a positive message on gender equality and strengthening the collaborative efforts between Swastika National Business School and the local community.
