Mangaluru, December 18, 2025: Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, organized an NSS One-Day Community Outreach Programme on Climate Action at Parijnan Vidhyalaya, Someshwar, Kotkar, on December 18, 2025. The programme was conducted with the objective of creating awareness among students about the importance of protecting the environment and responding responsibly to climate change.
The session was led by Ms. Rachana, the resource person, who explained the concept of climate action in a clear, simple, and student-friendly manner. She highlighted the need to conserve natural resources, reduce pollution, adopt sustainable practices, and care for the environment to protect the Earth from climate change and natural disasters. The session helped students understand their role in building a sustainable future.
Students actively participated in the programme and found the session informative and useful. The outreach programme was efficiently organized by Sai Hanshita, Pramith, and Shashank, NSS volunteers of Swastika National Business School. The initiative reflects the institution’s continued commitment to community engagement, environmental awareness, and value-based education through its NSS activities.
