Mangalore, 29 September 2025: New Mangala College of Nursing organized a Career Development Program on 29 September 2025, in collaboration with Chavera Overseas. The session featured two distinguished speakers, Mr. Jimmy Thomas and Mr. Sojin Joseph, and was specially arranged for Final Year B.Sc. and GNM students.
The program aimed to provide valuable insights into global career opportunities, overseas education, and professional growth in the nursing field. Mr. Jimmy Thomas highlighted the importance of upgrading professional skills and adapting to international healthcare standards, while Mr. Sojin Joseph shared detailed information about overseas job opportunities, examination requirements, and application procedures.
Students actively participated in the interactive session, clarifying their doubts about career pathways and challenges in global nursing. The session proved to be highly informative and motivating, guiding students toward exploring international avenues in their profession.
