Mangaluru, 26 October 2025: The Student Forum of Swastika National Business School, Mangaluru, organized a Special Guidance Session on “CAPP – Chairmanship and Parliamentary Procedure” at the college premises. The session aimed to guide and empower the newly elected members of the Student Forum with essential leadership and meeting management skills.
The event was graced by JCI Sen. Dr. Raghavendra Holla N, Author and National Trainer, JCI India, who served as the Guest Speaker. Dr. Holla delivered an engaging and insightful session on the principles of effective chairmanship, parliamentary ethics, and the importance of structured communication in organizational leadership.
Mrs. Niveditha Harish, Student Welfare Officer, was present on the occasion along with the newly elected Student Forum members.The program was coordinated under the leadership of Mr. Muliya Sathwik, President of the Student Forum, with the support of Ms. Sinchana (Vice President) and Ms. Sindhu (Secretary), along with the enthusiastic participation of faculty and students of Swastika National Business School.
The session concluded with the closing note delivered by Mr. Muliya Sathwik, who expressed gratitude to the guest speaker and all participants for making the event a success.
